Job Description

Ensure to issue travel advice to company employees on monthly basis or immediately in case of emergency.

Coordinate and maintain close contact with Head of Security for Asia pacific in Singapore on matters of securirty.

Participate in Security assesments of installations/depots, retail sites, warehouses, Head/Regional Offices, in the scope of Security & Standards.

Establish & maintain relationships with Ministry of interior and Security Agencies and coordinate with security heads of Multinational and local companies.

To assist Vice President & CEO for planning, organizing & providing visionary leadership for security related matters.

Coordination for security of sites with police.

Ensure and monitor & maintain safety of Ex-pats and Foreign Missions coming to Pakistan.

Regulate the movement of Staff in areas like KP & Inner Sindh.

Promote compliance with security procedures in place, reffering problems to the appropriate department manager.

To develop and practice reporting for all incidents, including security breaches and irregularities. Corrective action should be taken to promote and improve the overall security standards.

To ensure services and managing security guard service companies at all locations. To prepare & work in-line with the Annual Budget.

To protect the confidentiality and integrity of customer, employee, and business information in compliance with organization policies and standards.

To assist for an internal information security.

Facilitate and promote activities to create security awareness within the organization.
