  • Oversee the identification and optimization of business process through the application of digital solutions and automation technologies
  • Establish data driven decision making processes, leveraging analytics to measure the impact of digital initiatives on key performance indicators and optimized performance over time
  • Lead efforts to enhance data collection, analysis and insights supporting business units with actionable data for decision making
  • Drive the digitalization of the end-to-end customer journey from lead generation to after sales service, with a focus on seamless integrated experiences across multiple channels (e.g. Mobil, AI Chatboats and Web)
  • Seeking a senior digital-savvy leader with a proven track record in driving digital transformation, streamlining existing systems, integrating advanced technologies (AI, automation, ERP), and enhancing operational efficiency to optimize business performance.

Job Specification:

1.       Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.

2.       8 +years of experience in digital transformation, IT strategy, or technology leadership roles.

3.       Proven expertise in ERP (SAP), AI, ML, Cloud Computing, and Data Analytics.
