  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Leverage data analytics (Power BI, Tableau, SQL) to generate insights for sales forecasting, customer behavior, and market trends.
  • Establish KPI frameworks and automate reporting for real-time business intelligence.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Provide benchmarking analysis and strategic advisory to commercial teams and senior management.
  • Lead the modernization of the retail network (COSMOS Project), including asset replacements and renovations (100+ projects per year).
  • Oversee contract renewals and lease evaluations, ensuring alignment with business strategy (100+ sites annually).
  • Drive network optimization, disinvestment decisions, and station closures based on profitability analysis (20+ dossiers per year).
  • Evaluate COCO & True CODO investment proposals and submit dossiers for CEO approval (5+ proposals, PKR 25 million avg per dossier).
  • Train and mentor teams on economic performance tools TEMPO(Tool for Economics Management Performance Optimization)), P&L management, and investment assessments.

·        Annual Segmentation Exercise to facilitate the retail team in the anticipation of future investment decisions and closure of network. 

·        To participate in collaboration with Area Manager & Retail Manager in all Business Review session.

  • To coach the Retail team on carrying out assessments for COCO Proposals & True CODO Proposals

Job Specification:

  • 10+ years of experience in commercial strategy, data analytics, and business excellence, preferably in an oil marketing company.
  • Strong expertise in data analytics tools (Power BI, SQL, Python, Tableau) and predictive modeling.
  • Deep understanding of pricing strategy, sales forecasting, and investment evaluations.
  • Proven ability to drive process optimization, automation, and strategic decision-making.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement with sales, finance, supply chain, and senior leadership.
