Job Description

Partnership Development:

-         Broaden alliance portfolio through new partner acquisitions, designed to strengthen the fuel card's value proposition increase card sales leading to growth in fuel, lube, and NFR.

-         Engage TOTAL PARCO retail outlets for cross-selling by forming partnership with tyre shops, car wash, Welcome Shops and lube change and enhance fixed and variable income streams.  

-         Develop new verticals of categories with tiered Partner Program in all segments (e.g., B2B, B2C, B2G, SME).

Relationship Building:

-         Initiate and establish relationships with key decision-makers within partner organizations.

-         Cultivate strong relationships to foster collaboration, trust, and effective communication.

-         Act as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing inquiries and providing support.

Collaborative Strategy:

-         Develop and execute joint business plans that outline goals, metrics, and timelines for partnership success.

-         Identify cross-promotional opportunities and co-marketing activities to enhance brands' visibility.

Pricing and Agreement:

-         Negotiate partnership agreements, pricing mechanism, revenue streams, contracts, and terms to ensure a mutually beneficial and fair arrangement.

-         Formulate a pricing matrix designed with the vision for premium price positioning of the brand.

Performance Tracking:

-         Monitor and track partnership performance against established goals and KPIs.

-         Regularly analyze data to measure the impact of partnerships on the company's business objectives.

-         Identify areas for improvement and implement solution to optimize partnership outcomes.

Marketing & Communication:

-         Facilitate effective communication between internal departments and partner teams.

-         Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives.

-         Provide partners with updates on product developments, company news, and industry trends.

-         Represent the company/ brand at conferences, workshops, engagement activities for brand awareness.
