Job Description

1.      Direct Selling apart from sales generation through 02 Senior Area Managers.

2.      Responsible for business development for existing and potential customer base in the designated region.

3.      Responsible for obtaining profitable results by developing the team through motivation, counseling, skills development and product knowledge development.

4.      Manage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible, and advising senior management on maximizing business relationships and creating an environment where customer service can flourish.

5.      Responsible for management of sales data through Salsa and ensure complete implementation and achievement of Salsa KPIs in line with the group guidelines.

6.      Responsible for monitoring the performance of the regional sales team through Reporting and conducting monthly sales meeting for developing strategy and aligning way forward.

7.      Develop and implement strategic marketing plans, sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services pertaining to B2B segment of Cards Division.

8.      Contribute to development of OPEX and CAPEX for Total Card department.

9.      Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.

10.   Assist in the development of the annual sales targets, specifically advising on: realistic forecasts for each product and territory (based on historical data, market trends, competitive activity, promotional strategy and sales effort).

11.   Creation of inter departmental synergies for creating strong global customers with healthy portfolios for enhances profitability and market strength.

12.   Prepare reports for all levels for internal and external stakeholders.

13.   Responsible for enhancement of new NFR avenues and maximize earnings from new and existing customers.

14.   Responsible for development of Total Card network.

15.   Focus on recoveries and ledger adjustments and clear over dues for improvement in DSOs and collection efficiency.

16.   Align and plan with Card Ops team for improvement of functions and operational processes.

17.   Ensure audit KPIs are implemented, and SOPs are followed at all ends

Leads & ensure all business activities of Total Card on designated Total Card accepting retail stations in the Region
