Job Description

Draws up a P&L forecast for each Retail station as per specified frequency

2. Calculates the working capital requirement for the operation of each Retail station and revises it as soon as necessary

3. Performs monthly station pump index readings in order to verify compliance with exclusive supply rules

4. Conduct a monthly shop inventory measures shop gains & losses of Retail stations and calculate the actual margin per Product family by performing a balance of materials & ensure shop merchandizing is done as per planogram.

5. Builds and follows action plans for each station, develop sales growth strategies per retail outlet Including allied facilities, also focusing on cost reduction initiatives and acknowledging budgetary constraints

6. Proposes training plan and ensures that station staff attends compulsory training sessions

7. Analyses monthly the contribution account (NCA) for each station.

8. Achieve volume, gross margin and profitability targets for both fuel and non-fuel activities

9. Ascertain adherence to policies and procedures for operating retail outlets with special focus on standards & profitability

10. Recruits and coaches dealers and gives them one-on one advice, counsel the dealer on retail outlet management including all operational matters, such as stock management, merchandising, recordkeeping, customer handling, preventing staff attrition, maintaining company provided assets, etc. 11. Ensure timely renewal of all agreements with dealers / third party contractors and resolve potential issues timely

12. Analyze training needs of dealers and staff through analysis of Top Service score and impart required trainings so that housekeeping standards at each station meet/exceed Top Service Target Score / Total Parco expectations at all times

13. Stay abreast of competitor activities (market intelligence) esp. within the trading area

14. Liaise cross functionally and with external stakeholders to address concerns/queries and ensure proactive resolution of operational matters

15. Other administrative tasks may include sales performance monitoring, credit management, reporting, assisting in sales order creation/release, etc.

16. Understand company procedures/guidelines and act as a custodian of corporate policies at all times

17. Adhere to the detailed scope of responsibilities (as shared by the Supervisor) & follow the progress reporting guidelines
