Job Description

·    To manage a diversified portfolio of distributors across the region

·    To agree and sign-off jointly made business plans of distributors in the assigned area.

·    Ensures that right RTM is in place for the region.

·    To keep a close follow up with all the team members regarding prospecting for new business, preparing/presenting proposals and maintaining existing relationships

·    To remain actively involved in designing and developing channels to enhance the outreach of the product

·    Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.

·    To ensure profitable growth in sales, revenue through planning and execution by ensuring best product mix.

·    Collaboration with senior executives and support departments to establish and execute a profitable sales goal for the region.

·    To remain involved in all marketing research activities aimed at determining the customer preferences, attitudes, and purchase behavior.

·    Develop customer base (direct/indirect) necessary to meet all sales forecasts and budgets

·    Articulate year on year sales forecast to ensure accurate procurement at the supply chain end hence minimizing warehousing cost.

·    Works as a point of contact for customers and ensure smooth business transactions at all levels.

·    To develop trade promotions for the distributors in order to enhnace the brand image and sales volume in close coordination with brand team.

·    Support QAS team  in prospecting and developing profitable standalone QASs across the region.

·    To keep a control on cash credit ratio by keeping a regular close watch on receivable status.
